  2. I've been in technology for almost 30 years. Automation only works when the expected input is what you get, else the process fails. Garbage in, garbage out. Computers don't think, they do what's told. My degree is A.I. since the early 1990s, and it's still not there on accuracy (speech recognition, vision).
