  3.  @xxwookey  Yeah, throughout history, a horseback rider such as a cowboy or warrior on horseback or a roman chariot is less efficient than a car and requires more skill to operate. Likewise, an ICE car with a manual transmission is less efficient and harder to operate than a self-driving EV. But it's a lot more fun and majestic the farther back in history you go: ICE with its engaging manual transmision and seductive rumbling exhaust note and a big 6.2 litres V8 engine that make the whole car shake is more fun than a silent EV.

  6.  @xxwookey  lol, that's what I've said last year. Just like how the wealthy today still ride horses for pleasure, the masses will use a car. In the future, the wealthy will drive an ICE car for pleasure, while the masses will drive an EV (more efficient and blah blah blah BUT sterile and boring). It seems most people I know who aren't into cars want a tesla and it to drive them, therefore why bother buying a car when the public transportation metros that I took in Paris were way way more efficient and someone else drives (and way way boring).
