My daughter asked can't the moderator shut off the microphone when the other person is answering the question? TERRIBLE MODERATOR who can't get Trump to stop interrupting Biden and Chris. Trump broke the rules by interrupting and asking questions instead of sticking to Chris' questions. Never have I seen a nominee (trump) ignore his opponent and argue with the moderator.
