  4. Better to buy Microsoft and get free Tiktok and LinkedIn as icings on the Microsoft cake. Microsoft will be the cloud winner because its moat is Azure (private cloud) which cannot be copied by other companies which have public cloud (Amazon, Google, etc.). Due to federal compliance laws, some companies (banks) must keep data in the U.S. in a private cloud. Microsoft is saving money by closing the stores at the malls. For young people, Microsoft already has the minecraft game, Xbox. Microsoft gets TikTok as a cloud customer; also means that Tiktok would incur less cloud expense so its profit also improves!
