Microsoft will be the cloud winner because its moat is Azure (private cloud) which cannot be copied by other companies which have public cloud (Amazon, Google, etc.). Due to federal compliance laws, some companies (banks) must keep data in the U.S. in a private cloud. Microsoft is saving money by closing the stores at the malls.
