Due to federal compliance laws, some companies (banks) must keep data in the U.S. in a private cloud. Microsoft is saving money by closing the stores at the malls. For young people, Microsoft already has the minecraft game, Xbox. Microsoft gets TikTok as a cloud customer; also means that Tiktok would incur less cloud expense so its profit also improves!
