  3.  Linda Fries  Your frugal lifestyle made you happy, but that isn't for me. Life is short, u can die tomorrow due to an illness (covid19, heart attack, cancer, etc.) or accident. Enjoy buying things and experiences with your family before they're gone or all grown up with complicated lives far away from you. Just like you, I agree that when you're old, you want to look back on your life and want a piece of you to live on: getting married, having kids and watching them grow up, then watching grandkids. But I also want to have fun with toys like cars and boats and Starbucks with family.
