  1. Microsoft will be the cloud winner because its moat is Azure (private cloud) which cannot be copied by other companies which have public cloud (Amazon, Google, etc.). Due to federal compliance laws, some companies (banks) must keep data in the U.S. in a private cloud. Microsoft is saving money by closing the stores at the malls. For young people, Microsoft already has the minecraft game, Xbox. Microsoft gets TikTok as a cloud customer; also means that Tiktok would incur less cloud expense so its profit also improves!   3. ​ @FedexUltra  No, I use SSIS for a living. My colleague uses Alteryx. I've used Tableau and it CAN'T handle big data because it comes to a crawl; for large data, it can't connect directly to the databases so we have to export the data to a text file overnight for Tableau to connect to the text file. In other words, data is only as fresh as overnight for big data.
