The thing is, those who got to work from home since 3/2020 saved so much money: no daycare costs, no commuting costs, no big vacations in 2020. So now we're spending! House values are up 30% so we can borrow from the equity. Stock market is up 60%. Most people got the 2 covid19 shots. It's the ROARING 20s again!
