  1. People aren't buying convertibles anymore? Wrong! Corvette and Mazda mx-5 owners do. I also see other Mercedes coupe models in convertibles, it's just the SL model that noone wants.

  2. It doesn't have performance or looks to appeal to younger guys under 50. It's a cruiser for old guys over 60.
