These aren't protests, these are battles. This is not demonstration, this is war.

An iPad commercial? Really, Washington Post? ๐๐๐

What else is Google supposed to do?

I do miss regular press briefings. That damned helicopter is hell on my old ears.

ย @johnnylopez5123ย Nice idea, but now actually think about it for a second. Point the First: The border lines can't be drawn in the same color, so who gets which? I'll wait....

2-minute waste of my eyeballs. The content is waaaaay too thin.

Your facts are 100% correct, but your attitude sucks hard. Who is the audience for this whine?

At first I was like, "This nonsense has no place in the WaPo!" But then I was both nostalgic and realistic, two perspectives that are usually (at least trivially) incompatible. But honestly, y'all might want to make different channels or something. Your YouTube presence is pretty lame.

Rank mediocre-bordering-on-crap video, but it's an important message. Grudging thumbs-up.

No mention of the Lenovo (which had the camera first)? Pffffpth. ๐๐๐

Who controls the WP YT channel? Y'all need to up your game. My local paper has a better YT channel. So dispiriting. The loyal opposition is lazy.

Who comprises the Hanna Explains target audience? I'm just sort of baffled. I don't want to dump on it, because it's not terrible. But what's the point? Content with the WP imprimatur should be more compelling. Which is to say, this is a branding problem, not a content problem. That one's free.

This made no attempt to explain the WHY of anything. It was a wafer-thin 5-minute summary of the global scope of the protests. Do better.

Sorry, but this piece is under-informed, at best. At 2:49 you say, "Americans can't be surveilled unless they're suspected of a crime." This is not surveillance. This is observation. I understand why you might conflate the two ideas, but the distinction is critical. Much has been written on this subject.
