This is insulting in at least 2 ways: 1) To say that depressives don't recognize or understand the benefits of exercise is nonsense; the problem is not wisdom, it is will. 2) The implication that regular doctors (GPs, family doctors; never mind psychiatrists) don't stress the importance of exercise is also nonsense. No, Andrew Weil tries to take us a bridge too far into the Land of Bullshit.
