  1.  @Abduladilosman  True, I was surprised he didn't mention Sudan as they have more to lose that Egypt. Anyone in Sudan living along the Blue Nile who depends on its waters is going to be nervous and have problems if the rains don't come each season.

  2. I thought he might bring up the Southwest USA water wars, which now include Saudi Arabia and their alfalfa farming operations.

  3.  @SigFigNewton  The flood from the dam being destroyed would heavily effect Sudan as the floodwaters flowing down the river channel would possibly flood Khartoum, not to mention wipe out a lot of villages along the way.
