  1. Its all about votes in the USA, and election contributions for the upcoming Presidential election. Lots more Jewish folks and Jewish-based organizations in the USA who donate to presidential campaigns than there are Arabs/Palestinians with big wallets. Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

  2.  @ianfromthephilippines  And the AUKUS will recommend both the Japanese and Philippines makes 'courtesy call' stops in Taiwan while traversing the western Pacific between their two countries. Good place to refuel and say 'Hi,' and maybe while there get familiar with their capabilities. Go from the 'first island chain' to the 'first island chainmail alliance' regarding China.

  3. They have done a few small ones to Afghanistan and a few spots in the Middle East under UN command, but nothing too extensive and not in a 'hot zone.'

  4. I'm thinking the opposite, that USA is actually VERY good, if not the best, at hacking and intelligence gathering. Its just that the USA does not want to do anything to publicize it to prevent their capabilities from becoming better known by the bad guys.
