  1. Like others said, Peter seems to have missed the immigration "elephant in the room" when it comes to European politics. Also might want to look at those crazy individualists on the northwest coast of the continent in the U.K. who might already be at that infection point in the cycle Peter mentions. The Conservatives can't seem to get the system moving in the right direction, inflation is rampant, immigration is a problem, so lets have an election and put the "Labor libs" in charge of the U.K. economy to crash the whole thing and they take the blame. (And the Brexit 'divorce' from continental Europe didn't help much).
