  1. Keeping track of world geopolitics has to be a heavy load (figuratively) to bare, so heavy that it literally catches up with you physically, too. I've got back spasm issues. I just need to get up slowly in the morning, sit on the bed's edge for (maybe) 30 seconds, then stand up. I also found it beneficial to just 'hang' from something for 30 seconds as it seems to take the pressure off your back muscles and s-t-r-e-t-c-h them out when a spasm pops up; I've installed a 'chin-up' bar on a wall in the garage and use it as needed, works wonderfully.
