The judge's jury instructions were based on incorrect and unpermitted statements (per NY state court procedure) the defense gave during closing arguments, not a bias of the judge. The 34 charges were for every payment made (there's significant time between each one), the 'paper' was the proof of them being made and Stormy cashing the checks for those amounts.

  2. I was looking at some conservative talking head sites this morning and a lot of crazy theories are being accepted as fact by the 'disciples', but all wrong. Yes, Trump was afforded 'due process', yes the trial did follow NY state court procedures, yes, Trump and attorneys did know the charges when the case was filed, yes Trump did have the opportunity to testify and put up a defense, no it was not a Democratic conspiracy against Trump.
