  1. Love the committee set-up of the '6 millennials who can do math' - Larry, Moe Curly, Thelma, Louise, Lafonda(?), almost all Boomers. I'm surprised you didn't put a gen-x'r/millennial like John Wick in there to organize the 'dirty work' of 'whacking' the budget.

  2. That's as good as any explanation as to why a trailing-edge boomer like me could never get into management. That and the latest management fad of DEI promoting those on their different gender identification, racial make-up, and ability to make cool charts/graphs/animated presentations with no knowledge of the industry. Happily retired. I need a long walk on a New Zealand beach.
