  1. China's looking at building an EV plant in Mexico (not sure what Chinese brand it is), so that may become part of Mexico's power mix in the not too distant future. The problem is the volume and reliability of power available to charge cars, and how big of a market there is in Mexico to support an EV plant if the USA blocks imports of those Chinese EVs.
