  1. I'll add in ubiquitous and amorphous. You could apply ubiquitous to all the autocrats/dictators/oligarchs/overlords and the shell or veneer they present to the world, then amorphous to the governing structure below them as they reposition, reorganize, and purge the ranks on a continuous basis to suit their will. Democratic institutions (including republics) are similar but they have the interregnum process to keep some structure in place so things flow a little smoother. The interesting words for today! 😁
