  3. That would be interesting. I can't find a lot on it but it seems to be Chinese designed, Chinese funded, Chinese built (labor and materials), and now Chinese operated; no local Peruvians involved so no benefit to the local economy.

  4. Did you intentionally leave Poland out of the Baltic naval assets that can make life difficult for the Russian Navy and their Kaliningrad fleet? I thought they were the one country in that region that really, really, really likes to stick it to the Russians whenever they get the opportunity.

  5. I'd bet its a piece of 'fluff' either from clothing or natural, in the sight path of the camera. Or its a PLA sleeper-cell sniper activated by Bejing to silence his musings on China's economic/political collapse.
