  1. I thinking manufacturing will still stay overseas, it'll just move from China to wherever/whatever country has the lowest total cost of making a certain 'widget' (including tariffs). The only way the USA will see it come back is as a last resort when costs including tariffs that make the retail price just too high from a foreign country, or as a strategic product for either the government or a private industry's trade secret.
