  1. This aged quite well, but the only thing I was wondering was what ever happened to all the semiconductor plants in Singapore/Malaysia? I worked in another (now obsolete) part of the industry fab-ing and 'assembling' thick film semi-conductors and a lot of the 'cutting-edge' chips back then were made in Singapore with some plants across the border in Malaysia. I'm assuming those older chips are now the ones fab'd and assembled in China and Singapore has moved on.
