  10.  @RingwayManchester  Thanks. I've tested cell to land line and there is a bit of a delay. However, this is cell phone to tower to land line connection to land line phone where the PTT would be PTT to tower to PTT if in the same cell.

The issue with " Tune to AM 780 " is that a driver needs to be prompted to tune to AM, with an electronic sign, the information transfer is instant.
