  13.  @FlowKio  How about this, stand against the wall next to the door, when it opens and the guy walks in, take one shot that counts from 1 ft away. Would you be OK with someone across the hall blindly shooting at your apartment with people inside? This isn't like shooting through a door where the nearest house is hundreds of feet away. And don't say that no one in the other apartment got shot, if I fired in your direction when you were walking down the street but didn't hit you, would you be OK with that?

  18. If only marked cars existed, people would know that the coast is clear to commit crimes if a marked car was in the area. With an unmarked car, you never know if the police are near by. As for revenue generation, if you don't commit a crime, there can't be any charges against you. The only people that complain about the non existent revenue / quotas are the ones that see nothing wrong with committing a crime.

  29. Maybe 3 months ago a car was caught up in one of these street take overs. They were blocking the car , pounding on it. When the person was finally able to move, someone shot at them.
