  25. This is a difficult situation. The driver claims that they were carjacked. If this turns out to be true, they are now left with a damaged car. And if this is true. . . Say the driver of the silver car shot the driver in the white car, now what? What if someone thought that the white car was the victim and the silver car the aggressor and the silver car was shot? I'm sure that some will chime in that this is being anti gun, it isn't. It is just playing the " what if " just as one needs to be aware of / responsible for what is behind their intended target.

  31. The issue is, the police needed to prove that the guy was the driver BEFORE they PUBLIC ALLY accuse him of of the crash. Say the police released the name of the truck owner then it turns out that the owner was not the driver. In that case the trucks owner could SUE AND WIN.

  32. There always needs to be an investigation. Say the police hear gunshots from a near by building. They enter and you are holding a gun and a person is on the ground that was shot. The police arrest / convict you you because you were holding the gun. Your story is you took the gun away from a third person that escaped, the police don't buy that story because you were holding the gun. Would you want he police to look at vid or not?
