  2. While the NYC law is very restrictive, how do you feel about the nation wide law that prevents felons and those that have been adjudicated of a mental illness or involuntarily committed to a mental institution from owning a fire arm? Would you be OK with striking this down as well?

  3.  @NK-po6ki  When a mentally unstable or violent felon has ready access to a firearm, is it more or less likely that they will use it in a harmful manner? Are you willing to contact your local govt rep and tell them you want these people to own firearms?

  5.  @fosterdyche  How many times would you allow a violent felon to go through the cycle of committing a crime with a gun, jail , reissue gun rights, commit a crime with a gun, jail? Also, having the court decide if a person with a mental health problem should possess a gun is infringement. What do you say to these that continually trot out " Shall not be infringed " ?
