  1. This is a difficult situation. The driver claims that they were carjacked. If this turns out to be true, they are now left with a damaged car. And if this is true. . . Say the driver of the silver car shot the driver in the white car, now what? What if someone thought that the white car was the victim and the silver car the aggressor and the silver car was shot? I'm sure that some will chime in that this is being anti gun, it isn't. It is just playing the " what if " just as one needs to be aware of / responsible for what is behind their intended target.
