@twistedconversations782 When actual crime stats ( like from the FBI ) show that a group that makes up 13 % of the US population is responsible for over 50 % of all murders AND is the victim of murder over 50 % of the time, just what SHOULD people label this group as?

When the threshold for shoplifting was raised to $ 950, did the number shoplifting / smash and grabs go up or down? Just what group voted for this? When Portland decriminalized hard drug possession, did that enhance or detract from life in the city? What group voted for this? So tell me, what groups policies on crime emboldens criminals by reducing / refusing to prosecute criminals? You can bet that the criminal in this case has a lengthy record.
