  21.  @jacksmiththeboss  If houses are built along the tracks property line, it won't take long for the residents to complain and push to have the track shut down. Once the area turns into residential zoning, any incoming noise is considered a nuisance and needs to be stopped.

  27. They should just move back in. There are instances where people move into empty houses or even when someone is on vacation. If you call the police, they can't do anything since it is a civil matter. Then all you have to do is wait for the investment company to file suit.
