  7. I'm also wondering of these rooms were booked through a web site and from multiple people as not to raise suspicion. I also wonder if one of these groups would sue if refused rental.

Not that I agree with giving with giving $$ to a foreign country for " Gender Studies ", you are assuming that many of these homeless people will abide by rules set forth as a condition of having a home. ( No drugs , alcohol, crime , an effort to hold a job ) How about you taking a random homeless person into your home and see how that works out?

  9. The person that signed and paid for the first night should be held liable for the bill. The court would agree however , collecting is another mater. You can get a judgment but if the person has no assets, you get nothing. Also, in some states, the judgment needs to be reinstated after a period of time otherwise it expires. The next issue is. Can one of these groups sue a business if they refuse to rent rooms to them?

  10. How much would be a " fair share " ? Where does $ 72 tax sit in relationship to the rest of the country? What other taxes does the beer guy pay and how does this compare to other states? And finally, why don't you open a brewery and pay what you think is a " fair share " ?
