  9.  @marcuslinton310  An easement means that there is a legal document allowing utilities and such to be present on property owned by the person whose name is on the deed. Look at your cities regulations if you are in a snow area, it should have a requirement that the property owner keep the side walk free of snow or face a fine.

  13. I'm betting this " journalist " ( fradauitor ) had pushed limits before. If he was legit, he would have been known to police and had a good working relationship with them like any other legitimate TV news organization.

  14.  @stickshaker101  Does this " auditor " have vid from the time that he got out of his car until the time the officer told him to move? Sometimes it is impossible to completely encircle an area and I'd like to see if he went through a gap. Why is it that people like you seem to have constant run ins with officers while 99.9% of everyone else goes about their lives unimpeded?

  19. Pitting a car isn't as easy as you think it is ( I've done a security driving training course ) . The officer is doing this in real time and needs to take into account on coming traffic and other obstructions that the perps car may hit AND where the officers car is going to end up. Remember, pitting a car destabilizes the police car too. . I doubt any one of you would do any better.

  20. How would you pay to redact information / pictures of civilians that don't want their info out there? For example, would you be OK with the world seeing you in a compromising position or if a loved one died in a car crash and body cam footage showed their body? Say someone ( Frauditors for example ) filed a request for thousands of random 2 minute vids that spanned 3 years just to cause trouble?
