  1. QRS3C273 Yep, greed. . .on the part of the consumer who will buy the cheapest printer rather than looking at the total cost of ownership. I doubt many would buy a HP 4520 at $ 170 ( $ 120 cost to make + a bit of profit ) with lower cost ink when a printer next to it is $ 60. but has more expensive ink. How about you or David Connett opening up a printer manufacturing company and sell things for.what you would want to pay? Should be a huge money maker given so many consumers want less expensive printing no?
