Note that stage 2 of the program would require cars to maintain a following distance of 1,000 feet. Stage 3 would be to limit ALL roads to one way travel unless separated by a 500 ft solid barrier median.

  3. Commercial systems are dry piped meaning: The piping is charged with compressed air and when a sensing bulb in a sprinkler head breaks, air pressure drops opening the water valve.

  4.  @Jeff-i8u  A wet pipe system is cheaper and less to install / maintain which is probably why it is used in a residence.

  5. While a sprinkler system is a good idea, it should be an option to the person building the home. I wonder if the people pushing for this have sprinklers in their homes.
