When my Grandparents immigrated from Eastern Europe to the USA in the 1920's , it was a point of pride to learn English as respect for the country that offered them so much. Sure, there were pockets of other languages used when non native born people spoke to each other however, 1st generation were expected to speak English. Western Europe countries seem to be adopting English as an universal interchange language for travel into other WE countries. Seems strange that they would adopt a language not from the Euro mainland. There comes a point where too many languages in a single country leads to chaos, being practical isn't racist. .

I get the sense that those fleeing the USA for Ghana for ( real or imagined ) reasons of " Oppression , Racism " would the the first to run back to the safety of the USA if there was a civil war , natural disaster or similar event. If they truly believe that the USA is such a bad place then need to relinquish their citizenship. Also, it is apparent Ghana only wants people to come with $$$. If Ghana truly wanted to help AA people, they would be taking in low income people , gang members and criminals in an effort to right past wrongs.

Besides, remember the mayhem 2 very tiny countries caused in WW2 ? China is on much better footing today than these countries were and the West back then had great manufacturing capacity that has been lost to China.

Is one required to have an ID to get govt assistance, rent an apartment? The standard California ID fee is $ 33 however, you are leaving out the fact that people over 62 and / or homeless people get them for free. Reduced fee cards are $ 9 In Texas, 59 and younger is $ 16 and is good for 6 years, 60 and older is $ 6 and good for 6 years..
