You have 2 choices, pick one ( I'm thinking you are rooting for choice 1 ) 1) The prosecutor quickly builds a case without making sure everything is done properly then it gets thrown out in court on a technically. 2) The prosecutor carefully collects all evidence , builds a case that will stand up in court and the charges stick.

Note that all OTR trucks in the USA are required to have Electronic Drivers Logs ( EDL ) that monitor engine speed / MPH / GPS location / driver status. If the driver exceeds their maximum drive time / minimum rest time, they are cited / fined / jailed.

The original poster took issue with her fostering 200 kids to which I explained that is 20 a year and some only need shelter for a few days.

Say you have a neatly kept suburban house for sale and the ones on either side of yours have yards overgrown with " Field Pennycress " . ( look it up ) Ask any real estate agent what that will do to your property value. Also look up the 2 posts from TJ Marx for the history of this guy.

Regardless, the guy can grow sunflowers as long as there is 50 % grass area. This guy is purposely covering the entire yard to cause a fuss, this story extends beyond the sun flowers. . And, what if I wanted to grow " field Pennycress " in my yard next to you, would you be OK with that?
