All the customer has to do is claim that it is a ADA compliant service animal and the store owner is facing a law suit for telling the guy to take the dog outside.

@TheAlgomalo According to the ADA, a service dog can be self trained by the disabled person and the store is only allowed to ask if the dog is a service animal and is forbidden from asking for any sort of cert or what disability the owner has. Also, the dobs owner can claim the dog was reacting to the " threat " posed by the store owner asking the guy to take the dog outside.
