" Apparently the child AND parents didn't know that there needs to be supervision, this means the city is negligent for not posting no swimming signs. Ever see a beach with " No Swimming " signs? There is precedence for posting signs and the city was negligent. ( This is what people like Ben Crump will argue along with a few other points )
