  4.  @ozzyxen  Have a look at this vid with attention paid to the man's threats starting at 0:55 " NYC Subway Rider Chokes Man, Who Appeared Erratic, to Death on Manhattan Train | NBC New York " on the channel " NBC New York " Also note reports on the net that he had a felony warranty out for his arrest for assaulting a 67 year old female that broke bones. Given his history, do you think it would be likely that he would harm others if not stopped in this instance? Where was the family / community before this incident occurred and why are they suddenly caring about his well being? Hopes of getting $ perhaps?

Also, where was the family / activists prior to this incident? Why are they popping up now? Money perhaps?
