  2.  @VinceroAlpha  He would be generally aware of flex pricing but would not know exact pricing for every city that Uber serves. As for being accountable, do you feel that it is the responsibility of the person ordering an Uber to check pricing before they take the ride ? Here is your chance to start a ride share company, are you willing to step up and serve the public that is being taken advantage of? Should be an easy $ maker no?
