  1. To frame the dilemma in terms of individualism versus collectivism is both myopic and wrong. This aspect of Malone's uber-liberal ideology worries me because, while it calls upon the US constitution for support, it simply isn't as respectful and considerate of ALL individuals as it seems to be: what about the sanctity, not to mention the health and life, of the individuals another individual's choice then puts at risk?
