21% of heterosexual men and 44% of heterosexual women are abused by their partners. 29% of homosexuals, and 67% of lesbians report partner abuse. We need to speak up and against intimate partner abuse much more vocally and consistently. We should also teach our adolescents about the red flags in relationships and how abuse changes the victims and makes it difficult for them to leave an abusive partner.

 @aislebasile He could have videoed and recorded her and presented that in court. He was terribly weak, just doing what he was told. Thank goodness he finally escaped her clutches.
