  3. Cohesive or not, is totally irrelevant. This was an act of international terrorism done by or on behalf of the USA. I see it as an opportunistic act of revanchism organized by the ethnic group that runs the State Department and US foreign policy, people who would (kind of understandably) love to see Germany and all of Europe go down for what it did to them in recent history. When Blinken says that this act of terrorism is not in anyone's interest, he's lying and covering up the tracks that lead back to the State Department.

  4. No, this doesn't even begin to qualify as a reason for the RF to use its nukes. Not according to Russia's own military doctrine, and Russians are absolute sticklers for legality.
