  1. Germany did the same to Ukraine in 2013 as it's doing to Serbia now, triggering the Euromaidan protests and laying the ground for the coup d'etat in Kiev six months later. As for this business with US/NATO troops in Ukraine: none of it would be happening if the Russians had got their act together in July instead of playing at war and waiting till September to call its reservists in.

  2.  @VodeniZeka  They didn't have a critical mass in Ukraine either -- that's why it was necessary to stage a coup d'etat in February 2014. But I agree that, partly thanks to what's happened in Ukraine, Serbs have a far more sensible and wary attitude to the EU.
