Strictly speaking, it's not even racism proper as Jews and Palestinians are of the same race: they are both Semitic peoples. The Jewish attitude to the Palestinians is the narcissism of small differences, a situation in which a party that has aggressed against another very similar group, often one to which it is genetically or culturally related, founds its sense of identity and self-worth in denegrating and disparaging the group it is most similar to. Jews hate the Palestinians precisely because they know full well that they've done them and are doing them a great wrong, a people they otherwise share more characteristics with than with any other group of humans.
