  1. A tiny correction: Leptis Magna is in modern Libya (not in Tunisia). The best preserved Roman-era city whose remains we still have. Once Libya recovers from all the destruction caused by the NATO bombing and the near destruction of the Libyan state as such, it will be able to develop its own tourist industry with its gorgeous sandy beaches that go for miles and miles and the historical-cultural attractions like Sabratha and Leptis Magna.
