  4. You'll have to make that clear to European governments, circumventing the EU altogether. In fact, none of this would be happening had the EU not expanded eastwards, incorporating countries whose Russophobia and revanchist dreams are what's pushing us all to WW3.

  5. Yes, some of the neocons who control the State Department and the American foreign policy do believe that they can wage a limited nuclear war against Russia (and win). They keep pretending not to be aware of Russia's dead-hand system, which will automatically send all of Russia's nuclear missiles flying to the US should they attack Russia. And Russia's hypersonic Sarmat missile cannot be intercepted by anything because it's programmed to change its course and dodge anything thrown at it.
