  1. The world has never looked to the West to shape its future -- it was simply forced into obeisance by Western military aggression and imperialism. This is why the proxy war on Russia which the West is waging in Ukraine, and the Russian response to it, has emboldened the rest of the world to begin to decouple itself from a West which has only exploited and attacked it, time and again.
