Hitting civilian objects like universities -- the work of low-down cowards and mere criminals. How shameful for Ukraine, but if it's intended to create discontent with the government inside Russia, if your reaction is typical, it appears to be working.
Thank you for your work, Levan. I'm also beginning to wonder who exactly advised Kremlin that a long, slow war of attrition is the best approach in Ukraine. Does Kremlin really think that systematically killing quarter of a million or more of Ukrainian men will make for better post-war relations with a rump Ukraine than a quick, fatal blow that would have spared at least half of that number might do? I really don't understand the logic of such a calculation.
As for those statements re. NATO made by Petrushev, they can only make Russia appear weak since, quite understandably, Russia will not start sending missiles onto various NATO bases, etc. all across Europe. Obviously, Russia is doing its utmost to prevent WW3, but it's bizarre that Kremlin doesn't understand how such statements reflect on it.
