This is the West's proxy war against Russia, something that was planned from 2014 on. Alexei Arestovich, then Zelensky's closest advisor, revealed in a Ukrainian TV interview in 2019 that fighting a war with Russia was the precondition for Ukraine's entry into NATO and that the war would start any time between 2020 and 2022. That the West doesn't want its own populations to know any of this is neither here nor there, but it's a shame that other countries are pretending they don't know.
